The prices below are for one week, Saturday to Saturday.  It may be possible to alter this; for example, in the low season or over Easter to include the whole of the holiday weekend.  Click for details of Short Breaks.

 

This is our home and we hope that you enjoy your stay and will also take care of the house and contents.  The house will be clean and ready for you when you arrive.  Heating fuel, electricity and a basket of logs for the wood burner are included.  Bed linen and towels (but not beach towels) are provided.

 

The house is equipped to cater for eight people in comfort and no more than this number will be allowed.  The house is let on the basis that tenants leave it clean and tidy.  Unless by prior arrangement the house should be vacated by 10.30 am and new tenants may arrive after 3.30pm.  The house is strictly non-smoking and will be let to non-smokers only.  We regret we cannot accept pets.  Discounts may be available for four or less people.

 

We will reserve a booking for one week to give you time to decide and send the deposit.  Receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit and a signed acceptance of conditions of hire secures a booking.  Full payment is due four weeks before arrival date.
