The prices below are for one week, Saturday to Saturday.  It may be possible to alter this; for example to include the whole of a holiday weekend, such as Easter.  Click for details of Short Breaks.

This is our home and we hope that you enjoy your stay and will also take care of the house and contents.  The house will be clean and ready for you when you arrive.  Heating fuel, electricity and a basket of logs for the wood burner are included.  Bed linen and towels (but not beach towels) are provided.

The house is equipped to cater for eight people in comfort and no more than this number will be allowed.  The house is let on the basis that tenants leave it clean and tidy.  Unless by prior arrangement the house should be vacated by 10.00 am and new tenants may arrive after 4.00pm.  The house is strictly non-smoking and will be let to non-smokers only.  One dog is welcome but on hard floor areas only.  Discounts may be available for four or less people.

* These dates are flexible to fit with the Christmas/New Year break.

Other dates can be flexible if it does not conflict with guests either side of your visit, but less likely during the peak season.
